Guys,
we have VoIP in our company. IP phones are connected to different types of switches. Some phones still restart approximately five times per hour.
Where is problem?
Details:
Type of phone: CP-7962G
Version of phone: SCCP42.9-3-1SR2-1S
Debug display: (1SR2.1S) Last=TCP-timeout
Phone connected to switch: WS-C2960-24TC-L
IOS of switch: c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-55.SE7.bin

You need to look at the logs from the phone and also to any PoE/switch issue to try to determine exactly what is going on.
Even if there's a TCP timeout from the CUCM, it should not restart, just keep trying to find the CUCM server.

Java,
The switch is a non-PoE switch. So the phones could either be powered using a brick or injector. Since the switch is non-PoE then there is a possibility that the link between the injector to the phone could be faulty.
