Hello,
I have some user at a remote site. They are saying that when hanging up a call, or transferring a call. That all phones are slow to respond. I have qos configured. Is it qos related or just network congestion. The site is connected via T1 to MPLS cloud. The traffic on the t1 interface is only at 16 percent though any thoughts?
Any help would be appercaited.

Probably is neither QoS or congetiosn, a lot more details and traces would needed to know more.

Will do some traces and let you know. So you are saying most likely it is not QOS or congestion.
