Good day!
Looking through cisco.com I have found 4 different p/ns:

CP-LCKNGWALLMNT2=
CP-LCKNGWALLMOUNT=
CP-WALLMOUNTKIT=
and only 2 guides with pictures

Can anyone help me to understand the differences and may be share some pictures?
Best regards, Eugene

Hi Eugene,
More confusing Part #'s :) The first two parts that you have listed are the exact same model so I don't know why there are two (but they are both the same).
These are called the "Universal" Wall Mount Kits because all phone models can be wall mounted using them;

CP-LCKNGWALLMNT2=
The 2 denotes the "Universal"

----------------------------------------------
These two (one locking and one non-locking) are the "older" Wall Mount Kits that only worked for the phone models like the 794x and 796x series;

Hope this helps!

Rob, as usual thanks a lot.
Very interesting answer.
Two p/ns for the same equipment? Yupe...
Don't know what to say.
Even google did not help me.

Hi Eugene,
First off, you are most welcome. These part #'s are always confusing and having two identical parts with different ordering numbers just messes things up even more (I'm already confused enough :)
My understanding of this is, that now you really only need the "Universal" wall mount kit. Nice and simple (just like me!)
Take care,
Rob

Hi Rob,
Can't argue with taste, but I think the 794x and 796x just look better when they're mounted flat (compared to the slanted "Universal" wall mount kit). Actually, that's what Cisco recommends, too:
In terms of ordering, you have your point, though :)
Cheers
