hello,
I have CUCM installed at central office soon I will have to link several branches over WAN and also configure SRST to fallback incase of WAN failure. Unfortunately ISP didn't finish installing their infrastructure at central office's surrounding area this preventing us to finish the project.
Each branch has ISR router with voice capabilities plus SRST license, and about 6 phone sets.
Question:
1.Can I make phones work internally (with each other) until they register to CUCM ?
2. Do I have to reconfigure router after WAN is ready?
Thanks

1. you can deploy CallManager Express instead of SRST for them to talk among themsleves, SRST would not work as the SRST reference needs to be downloaded to the phone from CUCM first.
2. If you decide to do CME per above, you will need to decide on whether you want to use CME as SRST (supported) or traditional SRST.
