Web Access disable after upgrade new fw on 6921

Hi All,

Cannot log in to 6921 phone using IP address after upgrading new fw 

Previous Fw - sccp 9.2.1.0

New FW - sccp-9-41-3SR1

Call Manager - 8.6.2

Tried with different browser 

tried with disable and enable web access on phone config.

Can access web with previous FW

Any idea how to resolve this.

i too am facing this issue.

firmware version:: same.

CUCM version :: 9.1.2

You'll need to raise a TAC case to progress to a fix if a newer/fixed version of firmware is not available.

Otherwise use the older firmware, or an in-between release (e.g. the oldest one that has the fix for whatever problem cause you to upgrade originally).

Yes tried, didn't work on explorer 10.

Are you able to access?

I'm going to upgrade cucm to 10.5 so i have to use 9.4(1)SR1

yes it is 10.0.5 internet explorer.

Also my CUCM version is 9.1.2.

Maybe problem with my cucm version 8.6.2

I tried on internet explorer and it works fine.

Could you check on Internet Explorer?
