Hello:
Just a looking for some feed back... we've had some interest in the Web Dial widget (click to dial). And while it looks very easy to implement, given some changes to our telephony environment I know are coming I wonder if we should avoid this feature.
It his highly likely that we'll be asked to implement FAC for long distance and international calls. I see this as an impediment to the Web Dial widget. I'd hate to deploy the Web Dial widget now and have to cripple it in eight months.
Does anyone have any experience with deploying the Web Dial widget with FAC?
