Hello guys

I have a doubt, I need to enter web-based management interface of my phone but I am confusing, this one is the SAFE CARE PORTAL  or it is the web you access only with the IP of the Phone (Web Access)?

Hello,

To change the settings of your phone, such as Call Forwarding, Personal Directory and/or Speed-Dials you will need to use the Self-Care Portal.

The web access of the phone (http:X.X.X.X) provides information of the phone settings (for example CDP Details, DN, MAC Address) as well as debuging Details useful for troubleshooting.

1) web-based management interface ====> I think you are looking for Self Care portal where you can manage phone call forwarding, Speed dial etc settings.

2) The Phone Web Access is just interfaces to monitor the Phone Statistics you cannot configure anything from there.
