Web Server Access

I need to enable web server access on my Cisco CP7841 phone and can't find where to do this.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Thanks.

if i understand correctly you looking to access Phone web GUI ? is this correct ?

then phone have limited capabilites : check the details as below :
