Hello,
I am currently trying to get the CUC up and running.
When I login to the Webex App ( Calling UCM ) with a LDAP user, I get an authentication failed from the CUC.
There is a service profile for the CUC. Credentials source is the IM&P.
The CUC reports me Authentication Failed.
"Credentials rejected. The voice mailbox service uses the same credentials as their phone service. Check the settings...
On the CUC I have disabled "user change password next logon".
Does anyone have any idea ?

For users in CUC there is two credential, web application and voicemail. When configuring voicemail on jabber and webex use web application credentials. Voicemail pin will be used when accessing it from phone.
