When I connect with my Cisco 2950 Switch, I can see the weird kind of language as per my attachment.
Switch is working good with Cisco IP phones connected with it.
Can anyone help ?

Check your terminal settings... default is 9600 8n1... You might have changed the speed from either your terminal program or your serial connection.

Solved... it was somewhere serial to usb convertor problem but now its working with different cable
