I`m looking to install Click to Call Plugin as a test . From the docs I need to install a CUCM certifcate from CUCM. What one do I use

Hello,
you must install the CallManager.pem to the PC's:
Add the Certificate to Trusted RootCA's and local Computer Certificate's.
Also you the CUCM Name must be resolvable via DNS or you could edit the hosts table in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc.

Another question is the user name - Is that individual user name or can e create a generic one for ease of deployment?
We use Extension Mobility and it mentieond Device Assication - Is this a show stopper
CUPS- We are testing CUP8.X and noticed on the install of C2C we have to un-install CUPS client- can the two systems not work together or it is just the install work flow- C2C first then CUPS

You can use the user that you add to the user directory or you sync them via ldap.
Extension Mobility Is also possible, because you could add the profile to cti controlled profile.

We don`t have CUCM and AD integration, what is the user for, can we create an application user and select "Control CTI all "
Also do you have an answer on the CUPS question ?

Hello,
You must create an user for each user who want's to use C2C. Hey must Be cti enabled. The Phone must Be assosiated with the user.
For the second question i have no answer. Sorry.
