Who can clarify for me, when cisco softphones use Enhanced and Enhanced plus license.
1.Which condition needs Enhanced license?
2. Which condition needs Enhanced Plus license?

Dear Manish,
As I understand, the system will use Enhanced Plus license when I'll use cisco Ip Communicator and Ip phone under one end user control. Am I right ?

Yes, Enhanced Plus will provide support for two devices.
