Dear
we have an issue with forward all on all our IP Phone , once anyone press button (Forward all ) Self Provision IVR response .
Please Note that
- we deployed all IP Phones through Self Provision on CUCM 11.5su4
- CSS OF forward all is Internal CSS which we use for internal calls already.
- CSS which used during self provision is called self-CSS which let phone auto dial *5000 (IVR of self Provision)
- we can set forward all through line configuration of Phone on cucm and works fine
Please check attached SDL logs of this test
-IP Phone 6663
Once we pressed FWD all putton , IVR of Self Provision answered the call.

You say you set *5000 as the SP-IVR pilot number as an auto-dial. Do you mean as a PLAR? If so, is it possible that the partition on the CTI Route Point that is the pilot number is in the Internal_CSS? If so, I can see it being activated as soon as the CallFwdAll.
