Where do I change the default number of rings before a phone goes to voicemail

Currently, if a phone rings, it takes 3, maybe 4 rings to go to voicemail.  Users are stating they would like it to be longer, as it is not giving them enough time.  I would like to change it to 5 rings before it goes to voicemail for all users, and not change them 1 at a time if possible.  How do I change the default number of rings for all Unity Voicemail users?  Thank you in advance.

CISCO VoIP System Info:

Cisco Unity Connection version: 9.1.2.10000-10

CM Admin System version 9.1.2.10000-28

The default is set in Service Parameters, Forward No Answer timer.

Per phone is on the device page, No Answer Ring Duration.

Each ring is 3-4 seconds.

Hi,

Since it is mostly for the users I would prefer this to be changed at the Line, No Answer Ring Duration because sometimes users prefer different settings and you can change it per user

Thank you both.  I like the idea of setting per user.  However, in this instance, I want to do this for all the users in the entire system, therefore, I would prefer the Service Parameters option.

I found the setting in Service Parameters and it is set to 16, and I want to change to 20, however, I do not see a SAVE option.  How do I change it then save it.  Sorry for the ignorance, but we are learning and this forum is a great tool.  Thank you both again!

The Save button is on the top left and bottom left of the screen. May have to scroll to see it.

Thanks - A colleague of mine was discussing with me and we realized, since this new system is shared between several locations, we as local admins do not have rights to change system wide parameters, however, I could do per device.  Thank you again.
