where is the hookswitch mode for the Cisco 8861 phone?

if you are using Wireless Headset, on phone page you see "Wireless headset Hookswitch control" enable it.

On your CUCM Administration Page you should go to Device-> Phone-> Product Specific Configuration Layout-> Wireless Headset Hookswitch Control (Enable)

its from CUCM web page(Hope that u are using CUCM for call control)

Please check what @Nithin Eluvathingal is showing below, this is the point I am describing above. Always assuming that you have CUCM as your Call Control System.
