I believe we are suppose to buy a CM server based on points for end points, but I can't find that anywhere.
Is this the correct way in determining the right servers to but and where do I find this info?
Thanks,
Randall

Hi Randall,
Here are two good reference docs for this type of planning. It's always a good idea to engage your Cisco SE in this process as they have access to this good tool (you may be able to get it from TAC as well);
The Cisco Unified CM Capacity Tool
Unified CM Platform Capacity Planning

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Server Support Matrix
Hope this helps!
