Hi All,
I have some phones with the version of firmware 9.0.2.0,
I try to upgrade to 9.1.1.0, but I always do that and I get these error, and the device is locked for a long time for "unregistered"

There are the file names I have on my TFTP server (and subscribers also), for that model.

Well, This scenario was solved this way.
The problem as that many phomes had differents levels of firmware's versions, and the leased lines T1 has too low bandwidh for the burst of UDP pakets the phones need to download.
So:
1.- On every server cluster we installed all the versiones of firmware SCCP from 8.5.1 to 9.2.1.
2.- By bulk administration on the "phone load name" parameter, we upgrated those who had the oldest firmware to "normalize them all".
3.- We did this on the late night so our leased lines could handle all the TFTP request from the phones.
4.- We did this per brach office... one by one.
5.- That's it!
5 Stars for me
Reggards.
