I need some direction please

im new into voip - ccnp routing and switching 

I’m looking for direction

Does Cisco have a call manager that allows you to make calls via mobile phone using an application when connected to your corporate WiFi

Alternatively when you out of office all your calls is diverted to mobile number ?

Yes, you can install Jabber on iOS and Android to place calls as any other IP Phone, and you can use either MRA or SNR when you're outside the office.
