Will the change in DNS in CUCM 9.x will affect the license ?

Hi Cisco

I am using CUCM 9.x version and want to chagne the DNS ip.

While change the DNS IP i am receving the error 

WARNING: To avoid license synchronization failures, delete the 
         product instance from the Enterprise License Manager 
         managing this server's licenses before changing network
         settings.You will have to re-add the product instance
         after the network settings have been changed.

Is that necessary to remove and the add the cucm product from ELM to avoid this issue.

Or 9.x will not have any impact and we can proceed changing the DNS without remove/add the product instance from ELM?

Hi Dinesh,

You just need to remove and add the product instance back in ELM and do a sync.
