Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard installation on Cisco Advaced CCX WFO QM OVA

Hi,

I try to install Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard on Cisco Advaced CCX WFO QM 10.0 OVA, but i get this error message: "We couldn´t find any drivers. To get a storage driver, click  Load driver". The OVA contains 2 hard disks, 40GB and 146 GB, i try to install the OS on 40GB hard disk.

Someone have any idea?

Check your ESXi version. There is a minimum to support 2012 R2

Windows 2012 R2 Standard isn't supported for Cisco Unified Workforce Optimization Quality Management 10.0 Base Virtual Server Template. You may refer to the read me for the same:

You can use Cisco Unified Workforce Optimization Quality Management 11.0 if you require OS support for Windows 2012 R2 (32 and 64 bit)

Thanks a lot Shanshank, i re-installed Windows Sever 2008 R2 on WFO QM 10.0 OVA without problem.
