Wireless headset cisco 7841

hello,

We purchased cisco wireless headset 561, but we don't get incoming ring on wireless headset. Looked in forum, there were couple of posts which says its bug which is supposedly not fixed yet. we can hear caller when we connect but need incoming ring so that when operator is away from desk, he can take cal

Was looking for suggestion if Platronics CS510 will work. basically looking similar headset where we would get incoming ring on headset.

Hey George,

Thank you for reply. I want to make sure that incoming call rings. Since Cisco 561 is their official model but still doesn't ring when call comes in.

So even though this may be called compatible because you can do everything sitting at desk but will not work for us if you are away on forklift and it won't ring. because we will be in same situation as now with 561.

So soliciting some feedback if somebody has datapoints before we make purchase.
