I'm new to the CUCM world so bear with me. We just upgraded our call manager from 11.5 to 14 and I can no longer find where to enable wireless headset control. Going through the GUI, I would just scroll down on the device settings and enable wireless headset, that option no longer appears on 14 or has be removed, renamed or put somewhere else. Any help would be appreciated.
