Hello everyone,Kind of new to CUCM.  I have a question regarding phone registration.  When installing new phones, they used to take about 4 minutes to register.  I've noticed as of late the phones are taking about 10 minutes if not longer to register...
I have a user that doesn't want voice mail to answer during duty hours, but only after hours.  I've built a schedule and made that schedule active on the directory number but the voice mail still keeps answering.  I've tried the closed transfer rule ...
I'm a noob, so I have a noob question.  When you "generate PRT for selected", where does it go?  I can generate one from the phone and then web in an grab it, but how do you generate one from the GUI?  See below please and thank you.

When I log into UCXX everything looks fine.  When I go to "applications" and try clicking on Prompt Mtc. or Script Mtc, my screen does this and I can't do anything.  Picture is attached.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
