Hi all, we have problem with time on 7941G-GE firmware SCCP41.8-2-1S on CCME ver. 4.0(2)
What we performed:
1. set the time-zone in telephony-service
2. set the correct type 7941GE for ephone
3. no create cnf
4. create cnf
5. restart of phones
6. restart of router
7. delete of phone
8. delete of phone configuration
What would you recommed firmware upgrade of phones or CCME?

A few questions
You don't detail where the router is sourcing time. Is there an NTP server in the config? Is it in sync? If not is the clock on the router correct? Are all the phones showing the wrong time or only one (or a subset)?

Sorry for my incomplete question, the router is synchronized with NTP server and has correct clock, the rest of phones have correct time only 7941GE phones display wrong time.

I would recommend upgrade both firmware and IOS.

Hi all,
we tried to ugrade firmware in 7941GE to ver 8.5.2S, with no success.
What is strange that in debug tftp events, we did not see any attempt to looking for SCCP41.8-5-2S.loads.
Do you have any ide how to force the phone to start upgrade?
The cnf.xml file contains loadinformation SCCP41.8-5-2S
