Hi
We have CUCM 14 and the time of the server and ntp status is ok, but the time on the ip phones is not ok and it's one hour a head.
How can I solve the problem?

Is the correct time zone set on the Date/Time Group assigned to the phone via Device Pool?
Is an external NTP reference defined on that same Date/Time Group - and if yes, does it also have accurate time?
Are the daylight savings time rules installed up to date for your region?

you must install updated dst COP file for your region, on CUCM..
