Hi Support,
There is wrong time showing (1 hour difference) in all 7942 phones while other phones 7940 shows the correct time.
CME clock shows the correct time, Correct Zone is set as well. The problem has occured after the Day light Summer time clock change.
Does firmware needs upgraded for 7942?

Do you have time-zone configured under telephony-service?
Do you also have the type 7942 configured under each ephone..

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have time-zone configured under telelphony-Services,
Also type 7942 is configurted under each ephone. I will go through the link.
