Hi, i have this messages,

when this message apears my conference doesn't work, and I need to reboot my CMM card in the 6500, and everything works fine.

Does anyone knows if this is BUG?.

Yes you are correct Jose, there were no Heart Beat error message found in the logs and heart beat issue were found in lower version since you are already on higher .

Just keep update if you find relevant information from TAC.

How frequent this issue is happening? Also send me the show version and try to decode the traceback and see if its hitting any defects

Hi Nadeem, the issue happens every three or four months, the problems is that i need to reset the CMM card every time it happens, i am not sure if it is a BUG.

this is what the show version command shows:

Hello Jose,

I tried decoding the trace but unfortunately don't find any existing bug on this IOS version 12.(16a). there were couple of bug are there but those related to Heart beat issue causing DSP to reset and propagate the same error.

I would suggest either upgrade to higher version open a TAC just to double check if new bug is hitting.

Hi Nadeem, well i have seen those bugs related to hert beat issue, but as you can see in the log there isn't anything about heat beat issue. So i wil try to opene a case with TAC, just to be sure.
