PLease tell me the disadvantages of X-Lite Eyebeam....

Where you gonna use it on?  CUCM? CME? FreePBX?

if you are gonna register it on a cisco product, it will be very featureless. It will be just a 3rd party SIP client to make calls and receive calls, very bare bone, compared to Jabber 'soft phone client'.

i am using EYEBEAM for testing purpose ... where the test account created in VOIP-soft switchs...
