Hi ,

I am getting this message everyday.

Your voice mailbox has exceeded the quota warning threshold specified by your administrator.

Current Usage: 15.96 MB

Quota Warning Threshold: 11.44 MB

Quota Size Limit: 14.06 MB

Please reduce your voice mailbox size by deleting few items from your mailbox.

I have read some discussions and I did do some changes on Unity.

1. Message Storage -> Message Aging -> Aging Policies -> Default System Policy -> Permanently Delete Messages in the Deleted Items Folder in xxx Days
2. Class of Service -> Class of Service -> Voice Mail User COS -> Check:  Delete Messages without Saving to Deleted Items Folder

I have also installed Cisco Real Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) but not sure how to use it.

I am still getting this message.

Any help will be much appreciated.

I hope your requirement is to free the Voicemail Space.

You can delete  voicemail from the desktop phone:

1. Select the messages button
2. Enter the PIN
3. Messages will be played
4. Select 3 to delete a message

You can also   change the  Message Aging Policy in Unity Connection
