Hi @burhaans28 ,
It appears that L3SW1 receives the GLBP hello messages from L3SW2, but not vice versa. These hello messages are sent using the multicast address ff02::66. What is your L2 topology?

If this is Cisco hardware then what model is it and what version of software is it running?
It it's a packet tracer simulation then that's an issue with the packet tracer simulator - not Cisco networking equipment.
For packet tracer refer to:
https://www.netacad.com/courses/packet-tracer/faq and post your question at:
https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/s/topic/0TO6e000000WEorGAG/packet-tracer
From the FAQ - note:
No. The program supports a subset of the features from Cisco devices. Packet Tracer uses simplified models of networking protocols and Cisco IOS; you should always compare your results to those obtained from real equipment. Practice on Packet Tracer is not a replacement of practice on real equipment."

hi, now i am using physical devices, now the switch is accepting the #glbp 1 ipv6 "ipv6 link local address", but why i am unable to use the ipv6 global address the switch allow me to add only link local address , But in my topology i have two vlan 10 and 20 and Virtaul ip for vlan 10 is 2001:db8:A:10::1/64 and vlan 20 is 2001:db8:A:20::1/64, so now my question is that if i want to give virtaul ip for vlan 10 which link local address should i use L3SW1 vlan 10 link local address or L3SW2 vlan 10 link local address or brand new link local address.
why i am unable to use ipv6 global addrress for glbp

Hi @burhaans28 ,
> but why i am unable to use the ipv6 global address
Using the global address in this context is not required, as the workstation will use the router link local address as the default gateway.
> should i use L3SW1 vlan 10 link local address or L3SW2 vlan 10 link local address or brand new link local address.
You need a new link local address. You can simply use fe80::10 for vlan10 and fe80::20 for vlan20 for instance.
