Roman,

This is supported from 15.1(1)SG. It requires a crypto image of course.

Hope this helps

Hello Roman,

I do not have access to any 4900M at the moment but you sure you cannot run it in the 15.1(2)SG release?

I mean if OSPFv3 it's supported on the IOS then you should have the hability to configure authentication, it's embedded on the protocol.

Now what I suspect the problem is... Is that you do not have a crypto image so then you cannot configure IPSec,

Make sure you are running a Crypto IOS image and you should be good to go
