Is there a way to trigger email alert if the Archive and Prune functionality fails ?

No way to trigger this based on individual failuers but you can create a email trigger on the RTMT or Cisco Prime Collab based on the performance monitors.

Already I have tried that Option but it didn't meet my requirement.Is there any  other way that the End user can monitor the last status of the Prune and Archive ?

No we do not currently have any other way.
