Hi,
We have deployed one application which sets background/wallpaper of Cisco IP Phone. For this we fetch device and model type using CUCM AXL API which runs on port 8443.
This month we get call from customer that app stopped working mainly fetch device and model feature is not working now fetch . On further analysis we found that AXL is unable to fetch data from CUCM.
Can you please tell us possible reasons?
Can it be some configuration changes done by customer in CUCM or port 8443 block case in firewall?
We tried some cases and found following-
-https://CUCM_IP:8443/axl is working fine
- AXL API access is there in CUCM application user

What version of CUCM are you using?
Can you post a sanitized version of the XML you are sending to fetch the information?
