ASR 1002, ASR 1006 L2VPN xconnect is up but not passing any traffic

I have configured mpls l2 vpn (xconnect) in network. VPN tunnel is up between PE1 and PE2. But when I perform ping from CE-1 to CE-2 , its not working. My router info as follows:
PE1:
Model: ASR-1002
Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 03.10.02.S - Extended Support Release

PE2:

Cisco IOS Software [Everest], ASR1000 Software (X86_64_LINUX_IOSD-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 16.6.2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
CE-1:
Mikrotik
CE-2:
Mikrotik

We need also the config and some verification you done, with the above information its hard to tell what is the issue.

ping mpls pseudowire
first try ping mpls from each PE side if success then the issue is CE-PE link
