Cisco ISR4431 license

we have cisco router ISR4431 and we are working on upgrading our internet link form 200 to 300mb, do we need a performance license or no need ?

this model support 500Mbps aggregate  throughput by default.

so if the link speed download/upload 300/300, that's mean i need 600 throughput. 

yes, they always say aggregate throughput (500), but you must calculate exactly as you said(600) if you want to have the full capacity of the link. So - for 300/300 line, if you want to use the full BW of that link, default aggregate throughput will not be enough. Another question is, do you want to use encryption on the router, or you just want to use plane routing/cef? And another question is other features as ACL/ZBFW etc.? You need to put this all down, then we will be able to respond.

First check what License you have installed, by default as mentioned below 500MB.
