I read MPLS Student Guide and it says about LDP discovery of nonadacent neighbros.
However, it does not give any configuration information about how to make LDP neighborship between nonadjacent ones.
Could you tell me how to configure and what is the application of nonadjacent neighbors?

Any transport over MPLS (AToM) makes use of LDP between non-adjacent neighbors (usually referred to as targeted LDP). When AToM is configured a target LDP session is establish to the address specify on the "mpls l2transport route" command.
Targeted LDP is also used when LDP is configured on a TE tunnel (mpls ip). In this case, the targeted LDP session is established with the TE tunnel endpoint address.
You can use the following command to establish a targeted LDP session when neither AToM nor LDP over TE tunnel are used:
mpls ldp neighbor targeted
This command is used to establish a LDP session between adjacent neighbors without using LDP discovery, which sometimes reduces the convergence time.
Hope this helps,
