Hi,
Can dynamic vlan assignment works across WAN (ACS3.1 is in HQ site)?
e.g. in HQ we have 2 VLAN mapped to SSIDs. This is not a problem as the ACS knows that VLAN 10 & 20 exists in the network and assign it respectively based on the Cisco ACS configuration to the user group.
VLAN 10 - Staff
VLAN 20 - Guest
However over at the WAN site we configure 2 VLAN on the remote switch. This VLAN is totally independent of the HQ VLAN (HQ has no information such VLAN exist in the network).
VLAN 30 - Staff
VLAN 40 - Guest
Is it possible to configure ACS in HQ to assign the VLAN 30 & 40 to the respective remote users via WAN?
e.g. Remote staff after authenticated via HQ ACS, will be assigned VLAN 30.
Tks.

802.1x with VLAN assignment allows a dynamic VLAN assignment for a specific user regardless of where the user is connected.
