You can wipe the config and start over fresh by using the CLI config "application reset-config" command. This will start the evaluation period over at 90 days, but you also lose any configuration.
The other option already stated is to purchase licensing and install it, this will grant access immediately,

Hi OZ,
Which access are you talking about ?
You should have web admin and CLI access irrespective of license state.
But for other services like Radius and TAC+, you need new license

Do the following:
1. Backup your current configuration to remote(e.g ftp/sftp repository)
2. Access ISE via CLI and perform the command: application reset-config ise
3. Choose to keep your current certificates.
4. Once reset is completed . Login to ISE via GUI and configure repository ( same where your backup is located)
5. Restore you backup and make sure you do "reload" .
