Do the Nexus 9000s running in NX-OS mode support Trustsec?

Hi Bill,
sorry for the delay.
The shipping N9k platforms do support TrustSec in hardware but the software to support the functions have yet to be committed.
No timeline to provide as yet.
Please provide any relevant information to help the Business Unit to re-prioritise if required.
Regards, Jonothan.

I have a healthcare customer as well who would like TrustSec support on 9504 platform running in standard NXOS mode. Can anybody confirm it's on the Software roadmap?

This is something we are very interested to see happen ASAP and have been told in the past it is just not supported. Interesting response.

Hi Kevin,
This is most certainly a requirement as we look at an end to end policy and segmentation strategy for our customers, obviously it's supported with ACI with the EPG's, but not all customers go to ACI, so possibly an interim strategy prior to ACI adoption, but this would certainly help as most customers we engage with are moving away from Nexus 77xx and prefer a 'Spine/Leaf' approach via the N9K platform whether that is ACI or NX-OS.
It would be interesting to get clarity from Cisco on this.
Regards,
Mark
