I'm need to install remote agent for ACS SE, after reading through various posts here I see that there is a requirement to configure 1 or more accounts on AD.
I dont see any mention of this in the Cisco RA documentation, what accounts do I need to configure? Is this related to the name configurable on the ACS setup for RA, either cisco or the ACS name can be used.
The RA has been configured with the IP address of the ACS, do I need to configure anything else on the RA to get this to work?

Hi,
You can go to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_server_for_solution_engine/4.2/installation/guide/remote_agent/rawi.html and check the windows authentication configuration. These steps have to be followed so that Remote Agent can work properly.
Please check the installation guide according to the version of Remote Agent which you are running.
Regards,
Kush

Thanks for that, it turned out that the RA isn't working on 2008 R2 server, not a supported configuration.
