151AXM Mesh

Hi,

I have a newly setup network of AP 150AX and Mesh 151AXM. The mesh AP's seem not to get connected even though the app says they are connected.

The mesh AP's will flash blue for days.

How do I troubleshoot these AP's?

Thanks.

Thanks for the video.

It's a 151AXM so it is not plugged into the switch. It is only powered by 220 AC. It is added to the AP by adding it to the WLAN users MAC adresses list.

And about the VLAN, there is only one VLAN called default.

It seems like the 151AXM gets stuck on predownloading the firmware update. Can I force that in any way?

So, I managed to upload the firmware manually from the maintenance software update setting. I hope it works now. I will validate with the other 151's I have.
