Hello,
I have Cisco Prime 4.2 and several 3560X switches. I want to enable energywise on then but after doing the Readiness Assessment they apper like "Hardware not Capable". As far as I know the 3560X do support energywise.
The switches details:
WS-C3560X-48T-S running IOS 15.0(1)SE3 (C3560E-UNIVERSALK9-M).
Does anybody know if it might be a Prime bug? Or if those switches do not support energywise?
Thanks.
Ricardo

Can you post the output to the command "sh energywise version"?

Here is the output. I enabled Energiwise on it manually, but it still appears as hardware incapable on the Prime.
#show energywise vers
EnergyWise is Enabled
IOS Version: 15.0(1)SE3
EnergyWise Specification: (rel2_7_3k)1.0.3

Thanks for your response. After erasing and adding the switches a couple of times it worked; however, I'm still having issues discovering the endpoints as IP Phones. I'll open a new case for that.
Thank you!
