40G not connect

Hi, 

I connect 2 FRP4115 (with 40G modules) to the N9K-C9364C-GX switches. 8 QSFP-40G-CR4(original transceiver) for the cluster.I set the speed 40g, full duplex and off negotiation. fxos - 2.10(1.159) on frp. nxos - 9.3.3 on sw.
the switches are located in the same vpc domain. on switches, the 1st quad(1-4 eth) is used. all ports with the status - "Link not connected"
please help.

I will start with Physical Patch - Twisting the Fibre Leads.

check the interface admin up, (both FP, Nexus)

can you post nexus side show interface eth1/1 (if they are in port-channel) show port-channel summary port-channel X  output.

everything is ok with physics. I am using QSFP-H40G-CU3M=
