Hi,
There is offical document how to upgrade software on Cisco ASA in Active/Standby. But no document about firmware upgrade. Anyone try to upgrade in active/standby but firmware not software ? This command is ok ?
failover exec mate upgrade rommon disk0:/asa5500-firmware-1118.spa
But what about confirm to reload ?

I did some time back, if this is active / on standby
you can upgrade standby first, once reload check shows the module
then upgrade the Primary unit.
Note: last time I did use a console so I would prefer this.

I want to do it remotly. But this command: failover exec mate upgrade rommon disk0:/asa5500-firmware-1118.spa
will ask about reload.
On other hand i dont know if I use command upgrade rommon disk0:/asa5500-firmware-1118.spa on standby unit directly this will do only on standby only or on both units ?
