Hi,
I have my CW2000 set to sychronize between ANI and RME and when I look in the Device Sychronization Status Log I see that indeed ANI has been sending device info to RME.
I would therefore expect new devices that I put on the network to appear in the RME Inventory but when look in Import Status they are not in any of the options.
Should this work or have misunderstood what the schronization does.

Do the devices show up under Inventory->List Devices?

no they don't,
I have checked the anisync.log file and the devices are being sent as below, but I can't find them in RME anywhere, they are not in any of the Import Status Categories

I have found the problem.
The Essentials UserID I was using in the Device Sychronization setup had been deleted
Thanks
