Can't retrieve .csr via FTP in Cisco Prime 3.6

I am trying to get my .csr file from my Prime server and I can't figure out how to get it via FTP or WinSCP. I am using FileZilla to try to retrieve the file, but when it tries to connect it tells me the username or password is incorrect (I am using the ftp-user account and the password is correct).

WinSCP will not even connect. I can ping the FTP address and vice versa.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 - If the file is on the Prime server you could also logon to it using ssh, startup a shell and then copy the file to it's intended destination.
