CAT8000V License gone after reload

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with a CAT8000V where I am able to create a license smart reservation request, install the license, and everything is fine.  After writing, I reload the CAT8000V and check the license status and it is no longer installed.  Additionally, I've also tried to add the license  and reload on a clean install, but after the router boots up, the license is no longer installed. Help please.

First check what is the config register by issue show version

and follow below instruction if required to change :

I have not resolved the issue yet.  Does anyone have an idea?

show version - post outcome and also if possible can you post complete boot logs (if possible to look)
