Centralized management for C9k switches

Hi,

We planning to deploy about 110 c9200 switches.

Is there any Cisco management solution for centralized management?

We would like to have the capability to reconfigure multiple ports at the same time. Assign them to a VLANs manually etc and change individual switchport configuration through a single pane of glass, not to log in to each switch individually.

We could not see that feature in DNA please correct me if I'm wrong because we also planning to deploy 98k series wireless controller and APs.

Thanks a lot.

Dimitar

DNAC will do for you, before it was APIC-EM plug and play configuration, But now they have integrated with DNAC.

Thanks for your reply Balaji,

Would our engineers be able to change switchport configuration via GUI on per port\interface basis ?

I know that we can run CLI commands thorough the DNAC but is there a graphical way of doing that?

Thanks a lot.

Talk to your Cisco AM/SE about DNAC (and training).

DNAC is gui based template push based in SR Number or MAC Address.

Not sure you able to get cheaper price of DNAC, if you ca not look and google  zero touch provsioning you get good documentation.

Thanks Balaji.

Lets just make sure i am on the same page.

To be honest the cost is not that important in this specific case.

We had a demo with a Sales man which said that DNA cannot manage individual switchports via GUI like we normally do in Meraki or Unifi for instance.

We wold like simply to be able to click on a specific port or group of ports and be able to change VLAN or Administrative State or PoE etc.
Is that really true ?

Thanks for your time and patience.

Hi there,

Agree with @balaji.bandi , DNA-C is a really polished product but with a price tag to suit.

From what you have written, your requirements are relatively simply and could easily be achieved using Ansible and a playbook of no more than 50 lines.
