Cisco 3850switches NodewithbadMemory issue

How can we fix NodewithBadMemory problem please? 

we got about 10 of those switches they have utilized over 70% of memory and constantly getting alarms on Network node manager monitoring tool. 

Switches are operating normally and no performance issue. They got IOS version of 16.3.6.

Any help would be appreciated.

This seems to be a problem, normally the memory should be between 40 to 50% but as it is 80% in your case this must be hitting a bug.

Try upgrading the device to the cisco recommended version.
