The Topology view can only show the devices directly connected to the logged in device.
If I am logged onto switch A, then I can see switch B connected to switch A but not switch C which is connected to switch B. Correct?
Cisco Network Assistant has floppy disk icon which apparently saves the configuration files. But where is the file saved to?
Cisco Network Assistant has Smartport settings.
The vlan would either be access or voice. Correct?
The role switch can be for other manufactures Correct?
What is a role of a printer?
The role of IP Phone_Desktop would apply to GXW410 (Analog Voip gateway) and SPA100 (analog phone adapters). Correct?

Talked to Cisco TAC support. Setting up the community allow the switches to be seen. Cisco TAC Wireless Controller group does not support Cisco Network Assistant. Unlike the switch, setting up the community requires a SNMP server ip address. Therefore, the wireless controller could not be added to the community.
Did talk to Cisco support regarding the CNA backup location. She did not know. Assume this function does not work.
Talked to Cisco support regarding smartports. Was advised not to use smartports.
